Maverick Gold and Silver (CSE: MAV | FWB: VR61 | OTC: VRCFF) is preparing to drill its Gator Gold Project in Nevada following acceptance of its Notice of Intent by the Bureau of Land Management. In an eResearch interview, Senior Advisor Peter Baxter discusses geological similarities between Gator and Roxmore Resources’ Converse Project, recently targeted for acquisition by SSR Mining. The US$392 million transaction provides a valuation benchmark for Nevada gold resources.
