Cogeco Majority Owner Rejects Altice and Rogers’ Proposal to Buy Cogeco for $10.3B

This week, Altice, a U.S. cable company, proposed a hostile bid to acquire Cogeco and Cogeco Communications, offering a 36% premium for Cogeco’s shareholders and a 37% premium for Cogeco Communications’ shareholders.
