Kimble provides the following chart of the Gold Miner ETF, GDX.
GDX tried to break out three times in 2016-2017 and then retreated to reach a low in Q3/2018. It then rebounded and is back retesting those former highs at the resistance line. A break-out above resistance would be very positive.
