The Mystery Company is a Canadian gold company. This is a well-touted stock that has done well this past week with the surge in the price of gold. But, then, what decent gold company has not done well this past week? However, caution here, the big spike in gold and gold equities must surely be attributable almost solely to the Fed announcement about their intentions for interest rates. The Fed’s more recent “clarification” has pricked the gold balloon. A key test will now be to see if the gold price can stay above US$1,400 per ounce.
