Concurrent with the listing, FansUnite raised $3.1 million from the placement of approximately 8.95 million shares priced at $0.35 per share.
FansUnite emerged from Victory Square Technologies (CNSX:VST), a technology accelerator with over 20 portfolio companies; Victory Square currently owns approximately 12.4 million shares or 17% of FansUnite.
FanUnite continues to look for other acquisitions, targeting global gaming and entertainment companies.
