2024 Canadian Mining Hall of Fame Gala

Congratulations to the 2024 inductees into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame (CMHF):

  • David Ross Bell, known for discovering and developing the Hemlo gold mining site in Northern Ontario.
  • Ross D. Lawrence, recognized for his expertise in mineral property valuation and economic analysis of mining projects.
  • John T. Postle and William E. Roscoe, who co-founded Roscoe Postle Associates (RPA), a leading geological and mining consulting firm.
  • Eric Sprott, noted for his trailblazing investments in Canadian junior mining, significantly contributing to the financial success of the mining sector.

These individuals were selected for their inspiring careers, outstanding achievements, and significant contributions to the mining industry. The induction ceremony, attended by over 700 guests, took place at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and celebrated the achievements of the new members.

Special congratulations are also extended to the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame for organizing another successful gala event and to Anthony Vaccaro for his role as the Master of Ceremonies for the fifth consecutive year.
