Globex Retains Canaccord to Maximize Shareholder Value

Engagement with financial advisor not because Globex received an offer

eResearch | Globex announced that the Company has engaged Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. (TSX:CF) as a Financial Advisor to explore opportunities with third-parties with the purpose of creating additional transactions from Globex’s portfolio of projects with a view to increasing shareholder value.

The engagement with Canaccord was undertaken in an effort to create greater shareholder value and has not been initiated because the Company received any offer.

eResearch wrote an article on November 14, 2019 “Globex Mining – an Undervalued Project Generator” highlighting Globex’s portfolio of over 170 exploration projects and our belief that the company is undervalued.

From our analysis of a small sample of Globex’s properties with NI 43-101 or Historical Resources, we estimated approximately US$30.2 million (C$40.3 million) of in-situ mineral value for the Precious and Base Metals projects.

Currently, Globex has a Market Cap of less than $20 million, therefore our calculated value of this small sample of Globex’s projects is more than the current Market Cap.

Globex was one of the companies featured in our 70-page Project Generator Industry Report. You can download the full, 70-page Project Generator Industry Report by clicking on the following link: eR-IR-ProjectGenerators_2019-09-27_FINAL
